Bike fit analysis tool

Upload a short side-on video of yourself pedaling. Get your knee, hip and torso angles, what sits outside the usual ranges, and what to adjust first.

Upload your video

For the best result

  • Film from the side, showing your full body and bike
  • Good light and a steady camera position
  • Pedal at your normal cadence for about a minute
  • Wear form-fitting clothing so your joints are visible
  • Include both seated and standing positions if you can

Your video stays on your device. Pose detection runs in your browser; only the measurements are sent to write your coaching summary. If you save the result to an account, we keep the results, not the video.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your video

Record yourself pedaling from the side, showing your full body and bike.

  2. 2

    Pose detection

Your browser tracks your joints frame by frame and measures your angles.

  3. 3

    Get recommendations

See what sits outside the usual ranges and what to adjust first, with an AI coaching summary.

What the basic analysis measures

  • Knee angle at the bottom and top of the stroke — saddle height
  • Hip angle — saddle position and reach
  • Torso lean — handlebar reach and height

Knee tracking, left/right symmetry, pedaling efficiency and fatigue are in the advanced analysis.
